Locally owned, and operated since 1917, A&C Feed Company was a pioneer of the West Edge before it was known as such. A&C offers local residents a friendly place to purchase fertilizer, pet supplies, and livestock feed.

Set against the backdrop of the Reed Avenue Rail Corridor, the Old Cheyenne Elevator (the OCE for short) is ready to capture the investment spotlight of the West Edge, Cheyenne’s next great neighborhood.

Tucked away discreetly along the Reed Avenue Rail Corridor, Satin & Spice provides its patrons with flirty lingerie and adult novelties with a tasteful approach and focus on sexual health.
Warehouse Twenty One
Warehouse Twenty One is a full-service marketing, advertising, and event agency located on the west edge of downtown Cheyenne, WY.
Currently under development, Westby Edge will become a staple of the West Edge District. The proposal for this project includes an indoor bar and brewery, with an outdoor patio and game area and event space.
Black Tooth Brewing
In 2020, Black Tooth expanded and opened a taproom and 10 BBL brewhouse in Cheyenne, featuring quality craft beer & great atmosphere in the West Edge of downtown Cheyenne.
An 8,000 sq ft crossfit gym located 2 doors down from Black Tooth Brewing, Crossfit Cheyenne provides training and equipment to its community of trainers and athletes.
In 2019, Trophy Creative began construction on their new location at 508 W. 19th Street in the former Pioneer Printing building, eventually moving into the space in 2021.
Flydragon Art Studio
Flydragon is one of the first properties in the West Edge District to focus on residential and property development in the area.
The recently purchased white stone structure sits in the middle of the west side O’Neil Ave, between 19th and 18th Streets.

The Rail Spur
Located at the corner of Lincolnway and Bent, this distinctive building utilizes reclaimed metal structure from Wyoming train bridges, flooring from early 1900’s boxcars, and shipping containers hand-picked from a Denver shipping yard.

The goal of the Reed Avenue Rail Corridor Plan is to look at opportunities to revitalize Reed Avenue as a vibrant multiuse corridor that spurs investment and redevelopment within the West Edge District.
