Warehouse Twenty One is a full-service marketing, advertising, and event agency located on the west edge of downtown Cheyenne, WY.

Westby Edge

Black Tooth Brewing
In 2020, Black Tooth expanded and opened a taproom and 10 BBL brewhouse in Cheyenne, featuring quality craft beer & great atmosphere in the West Edge of downtown Cheyenne.

Crossfit Cheyenne
An 8,000 sq ft crossfit gym located 2 doors down from Black Tooth Brewing, Crossfit Cheyenne provides training and equipment to its community of trainers and athletes.

Trophy Creative
In 2019, Trophy Creative began construction on their new location at 508 W. 19th Street in the former Pioneer Printing building, eventually moving into the space in 2021.

Flydragon Art Studio
Flydragon is one of the first properties in the West Edge District to focus on residential and property development in the area.

The Rail Spur
Located at the corner of Lincolnway and Bent, this distinctive building utilizes reclaimed metal structure from Wyoming train bridges, flooring from early 1900’s boxcars, and shipping containers hand-picked from a Denver shipping yard.

Reed Rail Corridor
The goal of the Reed Avenue Rail Corridor Plan is to look at opportunities to revitalize Reed Avenue as a vibrant multiuse corridor that spurs investment and redevelopment within the West Edge District.

Civic Center Commons
This model of green infrastructure stands as a sentinel against damaging floods and a source of community pride where Cheyenne comes together. Beloved by area school children, employees and nearby residents, the multipurpose green space offers respite from what was once a heat-sink of a parking lot that previously generated zero investment benefit.

Laramie County Library
Established in 1886 when Wyoming was still a territory, the Laramie County Library System (LCLS), located in Cheyenne, WY, is the oldest continually operating county library system in the United States.
